With the health and safety of our members and employees in mind, Texas Bay Credit Union is temporarily adapting how we handle transactions. We understand that access to your account(s) is important and we will continue to provide high-quality member service as the situation develops.
To help prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and to comply to health officials recommendation, Texas Bay will serve members using remote services and drive-thrus.
EFFECTIVE MARCH 20, 2020, at 12PM and until further notice, Texas Bay
Credit Union lobbies will not be available to non-employee, non-critical traffic. Drive-thrus and remote services remain open. Direct Deposit/ACH transactions will continue to post. Texas Bay is fully staffed and all products and services remain available.

We understand there are times when a transaction is required to be handled in the lobby. As an essential business according to the “stay-at-home” ordinance, we offer limited appointments in the lobby reserved for eligible services that cannot be performed remotely. Since our branches generally help more than 10 members at a time, we have temporarily closed lobby services with the exception of pre-scheduled appointments. We want to remind you that all of our FREE remote services remain available for you to access your accounts and perform select transactions.
